LOVED BEYOND MEASURE

‘The Lord’s People’

It has really dawned upon me how we can see and feel God’s great presence in the Lord’s people we know and meet.

God continues to love us through His people, just like He has through His only Son.

The challenge, the taunting and almost inconceivable challenge is to come to grips with His incomparable love channeled by those who truly do love you.  God is in them.

We can see God’s face in their’s if we will take the time.

We, unfortunately, are sometimes blinded from God’s love, especially from those who have compassion for us.  It can be because we get out of our lane living too freely; and I might add too selfishly—I know that I do as well.

Real love commands and demands denial and discipline.  I know this is true.  But the awakening?  It comes from His people you come in contact perhaps every day.  

Sadly if you’re looking for sympathy or empathy from many people today, forget it.

If you really want to delve into the most heart throbbing and satisfying love you will ever know apart from Christ, then look no further.  That person who respects you and brings comfort and peace into your life is where you will find God and freedom and indescribable happiness.

It means, indeed, being ‘loved beyond measure.’ Why?  Because you’ve actually discovered God….from that protective, passionate and positive person He has allowed to cross your path.

Wake up!  They’re right there before your very eyes….the Lord’s people.
